eCompany now uses Nuclio for its MSP. 
Requirements for using MSP: 
        - Partner willing to work with backend using Oracle, Sun and
Vignette gear 
        - Service would save at least 50% over the in-house option 
Nuclio worked with eCompany Now for over 2 months to prepare for their 
switch to the MSP 
Negotiation of the SLA (service-level agreement) ended in a yellow-pages 
thick SLA 
Once the switch occurred, they were able to lay-off 4 of their internal 
operation guys who managed the site
