Oingo Raises $5.45 Million in Second Funding Round 

LOS ANGELES -- Oingo Inc., a developer of meaning-based technology,
secured 
$5.45 million in its latest round of funding. Lead investors include Zero 
Gravity Venture Partners and Ridgestone Corp., majority-owned by Global 
Crossing co-founder, Abbot Brown. Oingo used its initial funding to create

the "Oingo Infostructure," the core foundation upon which the company's 
applications are built, as well as its initial products, DirectSearch and 
DomainSense. The Oingo Infostructure enables portals, domain name 
registrars, and content providers to target end users with relevant 
content, domain names, advertisements, links and products.
