[BusinessTeam] NextBrick Update

Hi guys: 

Just wanted to give you a quick update for channel. 

We (Steve, Nancy, Neil, Sidd) had a call with a company called NextBrick 
today. This was our second talk with this company. 

NextBrick is a systems integrator handling the "Information Value Chain" 
vertical (content mgmt, syndication, distribution and data mining). They 
are 
located in Campbell, California and have development offices in India as 
well. 

We spoke with the CEO and the manager of business development today, and 
they are very interested in our technology, since it fits in nicely with 
their current portfolio of products. Ideally they would be a reseller for 
us, taking clients through the entire sales process -- initial 
introduction 
through installation and support. Currently, that isn't an option, since 
the 
technology will remain a hosted solution until release 3. Given our time 
frame, we are considering several different ways in which we might work 
together, including a simple referral relationship. 

Executives from NextBrick will be in NYC in the next couple weeks, so 
we'll 
meet face to face at that point and solidify some level of relationship at

that time.
