I am putting together a list of contacts at small and mid-tier investment 
banks that may be helpful in solidifying our Intermediate/Series C funding

through a private placement.  Realistically, these are banks that may 
consider doing a $10mm placement and have an aggressive, we'll help a
young 
company focus vs. a bulge bracket that typically is a little more gun shy 
and won't raise less than $25mm or so. 

Ideal players would be, for example, Wit Soundview, Robbie Stephens, FBR, 
Piper Jaffray, etc.
