o SpeakOut.com, Now Ntercept, Gets $10 Million Second Round

WASHINGTON(VENTUREWIRE) -- Ntercept Communications, which provides online
opinion research, said it has secured $10 million in its second round of
funding led by Communicade, an investment division of Omnicom Group.
Psilos Group Managers, a N.Y.-based venture capital firm, also
participated in the round along with previous Ntercept investors
Constellation Ventures, CIT Group, and individual investors. The company,
which announced changing its name from SpeakOut.com to Ntercept, said it
will use the funds to expand and execute its business strategy.
