 Despite having NBC and the Olympics in its corner, Quokka Sports won't 
fight another round. The company is expected to file for bankruptcy and ax

its 220 employees. In other bad sports news, SportsLine.com reported a net

loss of $23.8 million, slightly larger than a year ago, and will nix 92 
positions. Broadband Sports and MVP.com are among other sites that have 
petered out this year.
