Hello, 

I met with Contentville, Steven Brill's one-year old creation, last Friday

in mid-town.  Fresh off a $100 million from Primedia, Microsoft and 
individuals such as Michael Wolff and James Cramer, Contentville is 
aggressively distributing all types of digital content (eBooks, speeches, 
transcipts, dissertations, etc.) to consumers.  Similar to our proposed 
arrangement with BN.com, we can 'supercharge' their inventory and 
intelligently distribute connections to it on their content affiliates. 

Please see the attached file for the needs assessment and next steps.  If 
you haven't checked the attachments in previous e-mails, you should.  They

have NOT been a copies of the e-mail that I have been sending out - there 
is 
actually a lot more detail in the attachments. 

I plan on meeting the VP of Marketing and CTO late next week or early 
next.
