these guys have been out for a while now.  i remember playing with their 
website in early summer; it really hasn't changed since then.  obviously, 
they're direct competitors to askjeeves.  unfortunately, they suffer from 
similar deployment problems.  just as askjeeves need to spend a lot of
time 
to set up knowledge trees, these guys need to spend quite a lot of time 
setting up what they call 'domain models'.  they're pretty cool, 
nevertheless.
